Pulse oximeter - for home and professional use
The Seagull pulse oximeter measures oxygen saturation and pulse rate and is intended for use on individuals over 18 years of age. The XM-113 fingertip pulse oximeter is approved for clinical use and is suitable for both professional and home use. Its compact size and versatile display orientation make it particularly convenient for healthcare professionals. The pulse oximeter can display readings from multiple angles, and the brightness can be adjusted to suit your environment. The device is lightweight and portable, allowing for quick and easy pulse and oxygen saturation measurements whenever needed.
Approved for clinical use
The XM-113 pulse oximeter from Seagull can be used for both private and professional purposes. The finger pulse oximeter is approved for clinical use and is therefore suitable for hospitals, medical clinics, ambulances, nursing homes, and home care. Its small size makes the device easy to carry in a pocket and ready for use whenever a quick measurement is needed, both in emergency situations and for routine check-ups. The pulse oximeter can also be used by private individuals who need to monitor their oxygen saturation.
Pulse oximeter with multiple features
The Seagull pulse oximeter has several features that make it a practical tool for healthcare work. It is intended for measurements on adults over 18 years of age. The pulse oximeter should not be used for more than 2 hours, so for longer monitoring needs, we recommend the Nellcor PM10N. Read more

The Seagull pulse oximeter has five different display modes, allowing it to be read from multiple angles. The values can be positioned differently on the screen and rotated in several directions so that the user or staff has the best possible view for reading measurement data. With a short press of the power button while the pulse oximeter is in use, the display modes can be easily adjusted. This feature allows the pulse oximeter to be set so that the values are easy to read, regardless of how the device is held.

The brightness of the pulse oximeter can be adjusted across five levels, allowing the display to be adapted for daylight, evening, or night. This prevents unnecessary disturbance to the patient or user if the pulse oximeter is used at night. This feature can also benefit home care staff, who can quickly read the values even in poor lighting. By holding down the power button with a long press while the pulse oximeter is in use, the brightness can be easily adjusted.
Automatic shut-off and sound function
The pulse oximeter features a power-saving function that turns the device off after 10 seconds of inactivity. When the device is taking a measurement, you can activate a beep that sounds with every pulse beat. It is possible to turn this sound off, but if an alarm for abnormal values occurs, the sound will always activate regardless of settings.
Alarms for set limits
The XM-113 pulse oximeter allows you to set alarms for high and low pulse, as well as low oxygen saturation. It is also possible to deactivate the alarm.
Alarm setting ranges:
● low oxygen saturation can be set between 85-99
● high pulse can be set between 90-240
● low pulse can be set between 30-60
If the alarm is triggered, the values will be displayed in red and a beep will sound. This ensures that critical values are detected quickly. The alarm sound cannot be turned off once the alarm is triggered.
Measurement method
The pulse oximeter measures using an optical method. It works by sending infrared and red light through the finger to calculate oxygen saturation. For more information about pulse oximetry and oxygen saturation, you can read more

The pulse oximeter requires minimal maintenance. Clean the device by wiping it with a cloth dampened with a neutral detergent. The silicone part must be disinfected with 70% isopropyl alcohol between each user to avoid cross-contamination, especially in clinical environments with multiple patients. For the most accurate measurement, it is also recommended to wipe the finger before measuring.
The pulse oximeter does not require any calibration and comes with a user manual, storage pouch, and safety lanyard.
