When you contact us via the form on seagull-healthcare.dk, we process the personal data you provide to us. Below you can read how we do this.

What information we collect

When you fill out the contact form, we collect:
name, phone number, and email address. We collect the information you provide yourself.
We do not ask for sensitive information.

Purpose and legal basis

We use the information to answer your inquiry and to engage in any subsequent dialogue regarding a quote or a transaction.
The legal basis is the General Data Protection Regulation Article 6(1)(b) (measures prior to entering into a contract at your request) and (f) (our legitimate interest in being able to respond to inquiries).

Who we share the information with

Your information is processed by us and by the data processors who provide our technical systems, including Webflow and e-conomic. These companies only process information on our behalf and may not use it for their own purposes.
We only work with data processors in the EU or in countries that ensure an adequate level of protection for your information. We do not disclose your information to third parties for marketing purposes.

How long we store the information

We store your inquiry for as long as it is necessary to process it and for any follow-up, after which it is deleted. Inquiries that do not lead to a transaction are deleted after 12 months. If the inquiry leads to a transaction, the 5-year retention requirement of the Danish Bookkeeping Act applies.
We also use Plausible for visitor statistics. Plausible is privacy-friendly, does not use cookies, and does not collect personally identifiable information about you.

Company identification (B2B)

We use a tool that identifies which companies visit our website. For this purpose, your IP address and technical information that allows us to distinguish visitors from one another are processed. IP addresses are personal data, and the processing is based on your consent (General Data Protection Regulation Article 6(1)(a)), which you provide via our cookie banner and can withdraw at any time. Albacross Nordic AB (reg. no. 556942-7338, Stockholm, Sweden) processes the information within the EU/EEA and is an independent data controller for its own further processing. Your rights

Under the General Data Protection Regulation, you have the right to:
- access the information we process about you

- have your information deleted
- restrict the processing of your information
- object to the processing
- receive your information in a structured, commonly used format (data portability)
- withdraw any consent given, without affecting the lawfulness of processing based on consent before its withdrawal
